Charlotte Franson, Director of Operations, Building Products & Construction Services, joined Headwaters in 2010.
As a member of the “Building Products & Construction Services” industry vertical, Charlotte supports the team by seeking out business owners of privately held businesses in the industry that need advocacy and help in monetizing, capitalizing or transitioning their business. In addition she helps to identify investors in the private equity and family wealth markets for their clients.
Her experience in the industry allows Charlotte an up to date understanding of the capital markets and the current financial structures as she help in the process of identifying prospects, building marketing materials and identifying/qualifying potential investors in both the debt and equity markets.
Prior to her time at Headwaters, she worked as the Investor Relations Coordinator at IBG Business Services where she assisted a deal team of 15 professionals with creating and implementing client approved marketing plans to prepare for market transactions.
Prior to her career in investment banking, Charlotte was a stock broker with A.G. Edwards where she specialized in representing high net worth individuals with all of their estate and retirement planning needs.
Charlotte earned a B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas-El Paso. Charlotte also serves on the Finance Committee at Jefferson Academy Charter School, and is a previously licensed SEC Series 7 and 63 Securities Dealer.
